1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 calendar days from the delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

  • Books must be unused, in their original condition, and free from markings or damage.
  • All original packaging must be intact.
  • Returns must be approved by our support team before being sent.
  • Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted or refunded.

This applies to customers in both the United Kingdom, Australia, United States & Canada

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact Hello@nursello.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A brief reason for return
  • Photos if the book is damaged or incorrect

Once approved, our team will provide return instructions and the official return address.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items:
    Nursello covers all return shipping costs (United Kingdom, Australia, United States & Canada).

  • If you change your mind after making a purchase, you are welcome to return the item even if it is not damaged or defective. We offer a full refund for change-of-mind returns, with no additional fees or penalties. Your satisfaction matters to us, and we aim to make the return process simple and hassle-free.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards
  • Digital Ebook
  • Final sale or clearance items (unless damaged or incorrect)
  • Items marked as non-returnable at checkout
  • Used or damaged items that no longer meet return criteria

6. Exchanges

We accept exchanges in the case of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

For other cases (e.g., change of mind, different title), please complete a return and place a new order.

7. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
